For an accuracy of 0.02mm over 1m you cant go past LASER printing. This process involves laser setting nylon powder to a solid object. We now design and complete large production runs with laser printing. One of our innovative products is solely built with this process. The production of underground string line laser brackets, used in roadways across the Bowen basin, this innovation removes 100% of the operator error in setting lasers. Once the surveyor pins are installed a piece of sting is simply strung between the two pins and laser bracket hung. From here the laser will be centred regardless if it is bumped. As the seam rolls the laser can be pushed forward or back along string line to change height with no risk of changing the centre line.
